Headed by Director Gabe Mostafa who brings more than 30 years media sales and marketing experience, and more than 17 years dedicated specialist horticulture industry media and marketing experience to the publication. He has managed and worked on industry based publications, and demonstrated responsibility for annual revenues of around one million dollars.

Karen has 15 years horticultural experience; she is very well respected in horticultural circles, and has worked in many areas of the industry. Her career started in retail nursery before becoming a technical adviser for Yates Australia and technical support and trainer for Yates Garden Care Franchise. She has worked as a horticultural teacher, runs her own consulting business and business network group. Karen is a selector for the Open Garden Scheme, is an author and columnist for community newspapers and more recently appears occasionally on ABC radio 702 with Simon Marnie.

John has a long and respected media CV which includes the recent roles of Editor - Australian Horticulture, Editor - Good Fruit & Vegetables, and Editor - Irrigation & Water Resources. He is currently Editor - Australian Fruitgrower published by industry bodies Apple & Pear Australia Ltd and Summerfruit Australia Ltd, and online content editor for a national horticulture supplies organization.
